The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Food For Next Century, LLC will only use the information you share with us to process your orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information to others. And, we respect your preferences in how we use it. In order to place your orders and access your account information, you will need to sign in to our secure server. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software encrypts all the information you provide before it is sent to us and is secured.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Food For Next Century, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Currently, Food For Next Century, LLC is not shipped internationally. However, if you are in need of NUWI® Quinoa Smoothie and are in Canada – please email us for shipping estimates. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is currently not available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. Please e-mail us at [email protected] for the status and charges for your specific location. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site is the responsibility of the consumer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase of NUWI® Quinoa Smoothie. All sales of Food For Next Century, LLC are final, however if you receive damaged product or are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us at [email protected]  for a full refund or new case of product within 14 days of the date you receive the product. Food For Next Century, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your request we will contact you to provide the required shipping method for the return product. When the shipping method is agreed and we have received the return product a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

1. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within ten business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
2. If you paid by Paypal or debit card, refunds will be sent to your Paypal account based on the Paypal return and refunds policy. 

NUWI® will reimburse a maximum of $6.99 for shipping cost per case.
